Betty Frances (Ferchau) Tucker, 65-year-old resident of Enid Oklahoma, passed on to eternal life on October 31, 2021. She was born on August 21, 1956, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Frank Louis and Betty Virginia (Miller) Ferchau. Betty had four step siblings: Frank, Harry, Phyllis and Mary Louise as well as five siblings:  Oscar, Steven, Bruce, Stanley and Barbara.  The family moved to Gage Oklahoma in 1969 and she graduated from Gage High School in 1974.

Betty met and married her husband Reuben (Gene) Eugene Tucker, and their marriage was blessed with two children:   Jason Eugene Tucker and Monica Leslie Tucker, both of Enid, Oklahoma. As a home maker, she greatly loved her children and spending time caring for them. She worked as a care giver at the Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid (NORSE) for 13 years and then retired.

Betty loved cooking and watching cooking shows. She had an amazing talent of recreating the dishes she saw. She loved to read and play computer games. Betty was greatly amused by cats and loved to laugh at cat videos. For many years, Betty was actively involved with the Forgotten Ministries program provided by the First Christian church of Seiling, Oklahoma. She loved people and would often help them in any way she could.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Betty Ferchau, her husband Gene, siblings Harry, Phyllis, Mary Louise and Oscar. She is survived by her two children Jason and Monica; siblings Frank, Steve, Bruce, Stanley and Barbara; many nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
