Beulah Mae (Walton) Powers was born to Fay Willis Walton and Irene Constance (Kearns) Walton on November 4, 1934, in Shattuck, OK. She passed from this life on August 17, 2021, at the Shattuck Nursing Home. Beulah grew up in the area and attended Shattuck Schools.

On June 17, 1955, she married Jimmy Dale Powers in Gage, OK, and to this union two sons, Terry and Troy, were born.  The family lived and traveled in various parts of the world while Jimmy was in the service. In 1967 they moved back to the farm in Gage.

Beulah was a homemaker, seamstress, and enjoyed gardening. She was a dispatcher for Town of Shattuck and Ellis County Sheriff's Department for many years, where she retired. Beulah loved to fish and tend to her animals, especially Clyde. While being in the Shattuck Nursing Home, she truly enjoyed the music shared by different musicians.

Beulah was preceded in death by both her parents Fay and Irene Walton, brother Harry Walton, husband Jimmy Dale Powers, and son Troy Powers. She is survived by son Terry Powers and wife JoAnne of Lewis, KS; grandson, Shawn Powers and wife Brandi and their children Caleb, Taylor and Haylee of Russel, KS; granddaughters, Yolanda Grazier and husband Logan and their children Shantel, Chloe, Kenton and Cordell of Amarillo, TX and Alexia Bowles and husband Josh and their children Avery and McKinlee of Enid, OK; two nieces, Deanna Simms and Linda Brewer of Gage, OK and many dear friends.
