Casey Lee Booth of Higgins, Texas, was born on October 23, 1969 and passed away at the age of 53 on January 13, 2023.  He grew up and attended school in Higgins.  He loved the Higgins community and the people who called it "home".  As a young man he lived and worked in Texas and Oklahoma in various positions in law enforcement.  He was dedicated to this profession and enjoyed serving his community in any way possible. In recent years he was a proud member of the Higgins Volunteer Fire Department.

Casey loved adventure and his dogs!  His biggest smiles and laughs came with tales of hunting, golfing or four wheeling on the river in his jeep with his family and friends. He never met a stranger!

He was a loving husband and time spent with his family made cherished memories.  He loved being called "Papa" by his very special grandsons, Braylon and Brantley. Casey loved with his whole heart and did not hesitate to tell you so.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine Jones and Chet Booth and his brothers Larry (Bear) Barton and Rex Barton.

Casey is survived by his wife Trisha Booth of the home, one daughter Autumn Love, two sisters, Ronda Bartlett and her husband Terrill and Brenda Harris and her husband George. He was blessed by his stepchildren Jeremy Detrixhe and significant other Alyssa Todd, Joe Detrixhe, Jack Detrixhe and Jennifer Detrixhe and her fiancé Avery Rumley, Mercedes Gossett and her fiancé Matthew Venosdel and Tyler Gossett. Their children Braylon, Brantley, Teddy, Cryslinn, Thorren and Charles, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, other family and friends.
