Charles Gregory "Greg" Boswell passed away at home on June 27, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of grit, laughter, love, and a suspiciously large collection of old coins and antique weaponry.

Greg was born on October 15, 1959, in Alexandria, Louisiana, the fifth of six children to James "Rudolph" and Ruby Oleta Boswell. He grew up in Leander, LA, and graduated from Hicks High School in 1978.

He married Joy Poe on October 27, 1978, and together they had one daughter, Crystal Denise. On April 22, 1984, Greg married Sherri Ann Nebhut. Together, they had five children: Dustin Lee, Shawn Ryan, Brian Steven, Brandy Dawn, and Amber Nicole "Nikkie."

Greg spent much of his life in Leander before relocating to Vici, OK, in 1995. He worked in the oilfield, cut logs, and spent more than 32 years as a millwright. At the time of his passing, he was a Technical Advisor for Blackstone Industrial, where he formed countless friendships and left a lasting impact.

A passionate collector, Greg was known for his appreciation of guns, arrowheads, and old currency—but most of all, his devotion to his grandchildren. With 17 in total, he loved each one deeply and had a knack for making them all feel like his favorite.

Greg gave his life to the Lord on September 10, 2021, and was baptized at Vici Baptist Church on October 20, 2024, remaining a member there until his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Ruby Boswell; brothers, James and Rodney Boswell; granddaughter, Mattie Mae Boswell; in-laws, Carl and Myra Nebhut; and sister and brother-in-law, Jarita and Buster Gamble.

He is survived by his wife, Sherri Boswell; children and their spouses: Crystal (JD) Williams of Leander, LA; Dustin (Jennifer) Boswell of Vici, OK; Shawn (Kande) Boswell of Vici, OK; Brian (Ashley) Boswell of Vici, OK; Brandy (Doug) Wilson of Sand Springs, OK; and Nikkie (Brant) Stephenson of Mutual, OK. He is also survived by his siblings: Tony Boswell, Gayle Smith, and Curtis Boswell; sixteen grandchildren; and a large extended family of in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.

Greg will be remembered for his strength, loyalty, quiet wisdom, and his ability to bring a lighthearted moment into even the hardest of days.
