Graveside services Friday July 17, 2015 at 2:00 pm at DeBolt Cemetery, Arnett, Oklahoma.

Charles Elmer Rupprecht, 78 year old from Norman, OK passed from this life at the Norman Regional Hospital on July, 14, 2015 with his family by his beside. Charles was born on August 15, 1936 in Perryton, TX to Elmer and Leta Mae Price Rupprecht. Charles started his education at the Perryton, TX grade school. His family then moved to Arnett, OK where Charles graduated from Arnett High School. Charles then continued his education at Okmulgee Vo-Tech for two years.

August 8, 1957 Charles joined the United States Navy and served his country for the next four years and three months being honorable discharged on November 10, 1961. Charles married Mattie Carriker on October 19, 1958 in Stigler, OK. The couple was blessed with two boys, Richard and Randy. Charles was a member of the Northeast Baptist Church. He loved motorcycles and working in his gardens. He was a member of the GWRRA and ORCIA.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Letta Mae Rupprecht and sister Youvon Miller. He is survived by his wife of the home in Norman, Mattie Rupprecht; sons, Richard Rupprecht and wife Shelia Rupprecht of Norman, OK and Randy Rupprecht of Norman, OK; brother, Walter Rupprecht, Edmond, OK; 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other family and many, many friends.
