Charlotte Lucille (Blumer) Bish was born on October 21, 1929 to Harry and Velma (Fields) Blumer on the family farm three miles north of Lenora. She passed from this life on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 in Shattuck at the age of 87 years, 7 months, and two days.

She attended Riley Schools and Richmond High School graduating with the Class of 1949. On July 20, 1965, she was united in marriage to the love of her life Alpha Columbus Bish in Taloga, and to this union one son, Delmar Leon Bish was born. The couple made their home in Vici, where Charlotte was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was a member of the Taloga Assembly of God Church, later moved to Vici an attended the Church of the Nazarene, and the First Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Alpha, and a brother Jost R. Blumer.

She is survived by her son Delmar Bish of Vici; sister-in-law Barbara Blumer of Springfield, MO; niece Sherrie Plunket and family of Essex Falls, NJ;  two aunts Elsie Crawford and Lucille Fields; other family and a host of friends.
