Christopher Michael Dwayne Hunter's young life was cut short when he died May 8, 2010 at the tender age of 18. Chris was born in Woodward, Oklahoma on November 3, 1991 to Michael D. and Tina L. (Thomas) Hunter.
Chris's grade school and high school years were spent in Woodward, Fort Supply, and Vici public schools. He was known to his friends and family as "Cracker". Chris enjoyed participating in school activities and liked to film basketball games.
Chris enjoyed spending his free time fishing, camping and riding his bicycle. He especially liked listening to music and drawing.
Chris loved to spend time with his family and to play with his nephews. He was even up for babysitting on occasion. Chris was a kid with a big heart and touched everyone he met. He always liked to make people laugh.
Surviving family members include his father, Michael Hunter and special friend Bonnie; mother, Tina Louise Gramlich; sisters, Brittney Thomas, LaTisha Taylor, Holly Davis, and Elizabeth Lee (Lizzy); brother, Logan Baumann; grandparents, Dolly and Harry Knoles, great-grandmother, Rosie Knoles; foster parents, Kevin and Betty Hunter; special grandparents, Bill and Lynn Upchurch; nephews, Evan, Trevor, Zadan; foster siblings, Debbie and Zack Hunter; several special aunts, uncles and cousins.
Those preceding Chris in death are his grandmother, Gloridene Hunter; grandfather, Gene Hunter; and step-father, Randy Baumann.
Chris will be greatly missed by all.
