On April 22, 1944 Clair and Juanita (Winters) McCracken was blessed with a beautiful daughter. They were elated and decided to combine their names and named her Clarneta. She was raised in Vici, Oklahoma surrounded by lots of family and friends that enjoyed big get-togethers and lots of fun times making great memories for her to share with all. While attending Vici High School, Clarneta excelled in basketball and softball. Finding her high school sweetheart, Clarneta was married to Eddie Lee Seidel on June 23, 1961 at the Vici Church of the Firstborn by Elder Jud Poulson. She then graduated from Vici High School with the Class of 1962. In October, 1962 they were blessed with the birth of their first daughter, Shawna Leigh. On Clarneta's twentieth birthday in April, 1964 they moved to Pueblo, Colorado and within hours, their second daughter, Shelby Diana, was born making a special day for them to share. In July, 1968 they were elated with the birth of their third daughter, Shanda Lynne. In 1972 the family moved to Moore, Oklahoma. After three years the family decided to move back to Vici to be near their families. Clarneta went to work for H & R Block and was employed there for seventeen years. She received several awards for her dedicated work. In 2000, Eddie retired and they began a new journey of their own. They enjoyed traveling in their motor home and spending summers in Colorado. They traveled through many states making lots of friends along the way. She enjoyed traveling to New Mexico and spending time with her daughter. She was always ready for a family trip to try her luck in Mississippi. Clarneta loved camping at the lake, riding jet skis, and fishing with the grandkids. The grandkids all loved their "granny" and always said "no one has a granny like ours". Clarneta's love, beautiful smile, and laughter spread thru everyone she met and will deeply missed by family, friends, and the many people who loved her. Clarneta passed from this life on April 11, 2009 at the age of 64. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clair and Juanita McCracken; brothers, Robert (Bob), Wayne, Ronnie, and Lonnie McCracken; and son-in-law, Randy Burba. The remaining to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 47 years, Eddie Seidel; children, Shawna Burba and Shelby Ross and husband Darren, all of Vici, OK and Shanda Seidel and Bill Jean of Farmington, NM; grandchildren, Jeremey Burba and wife Valery of Vici, OK, Ashley Bland of Vici, OK, Tyler Ross, Warr Acres, OK, Whitney Lanier and husband Chris, Arnett, OK, Tanner Ross, Vici, OK, Chasney Hoskins, Farminton, NM, Zane Hoskins, Farmington, NM, and Tate Ross, Vici, OK; great-grandchildren, Titus Bland, Trinitee and Torren Burba, Jocelyn and Micha Lanier; sisters, Alveta Feltenberger and husband Oren, Woodward, OK, Wilma Blaylock and husband Dale, Woodward, OK, Cheryl Hale and husband Lonnie, Roulette, TX, Terri Hermann and husband Tony, Cortez, CO; sisters-in-law, Deen McCracken, Wichita, KS, and Karen Linder, Tulsa, OK; brother-in-law, Al Jones, Vici, OK; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. As a wife, mother, (best friend) and a granny, she is greatly loved, and will be deeply missed.
