Clifford Allen Kester, 59 year old from Arnett, OK passed from this life on September 23, 2016 in Shattuck, OK. Cliff was born to Joe Clifford and Janice Allene Busby Kester on April 30, 1957 in Midland, TX. Cliff was raised in Marlow, OK, Kingfisher, OK, Midland, TX and Cashion, OK. Cliff attended Kingfisher Elementary and Midland High School. He continued his education by completing the GED program and attending classes at the University of Oklahoma and completed many hours of training with Noble Drilling.
On December 1, 2012 Cliff married Patricia Leah Mann Kester in Las Vegas, NV. They had 3 years, 9 months, and 22 wonderful days together as husband and wife. Cliff had three children: Amber, Cody, and Cris. The couple made their home in Arnett, OK. Cliff worked for Noble Oil as a company man. They loved watching OU football together, fishing and riding the Harley with family and friends.
Cliff was baptized as a teenager, but accepted Christ as his Savior later in life. This was something he and his family were so thankful for. He attended the First Baptist Church in Arnett and had recently made plans to become a member.
Cliff was preceded in death by his father, Joe Kester, his grandparents, a brother, Greg Kester, and two special people, step daughter, Marquita Medrano, and step granddaughter, Emily Purcell.
Cliff is survived by his wife of the home in Arnett, Patricia; mother Jan Holliday and papa Charlie Beaird of Midland, TX; sister Cynde Horton and husband Roger of Grandbury, TX, and sister Teresa Anderson and husband Dale of Brady, TX; stepchildren, Steven Wells and Ann of Oklahoma City, OK, Crystal Combs and Branden of Fargo, OK, and Montana Medrano and Kalee of Vici, OK; stepmother Juanita Kester of Cashion, OK; stepbrother Wade Burgley and wife Maria of Seattle, WA; stepsister Charla Burgley of Seattle, WA; 17 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
