Delores Yvonne Thompson, 77, of Taloga, passed from this life on February 8, 2015. She was born on November 3, 1937 in Shattuck to Irven H. and Clara (Hanlon) Crow. Delores grew up in the Harmon area and graduated from Arnett High Schools with the class of 1956. On December 19, 1956 Delores married the love of her life, JC Thompson in Woodward, OK. The couple then lived in Oklahoma and Texas where Delores worked as a waitress, bookkeeper, and homemaker. She also enjoyed fishing, camping, farming, and bird watching.

In addition to her parents, Delores was preceded in death by her husband, JC, and a brother, Duane Crow.

Delores is survived by sister, Vera Wilson of Valley Center, CA; nephew, Ronnie Crow and wife Kathy of Vici; and niece Connie Thomsen and husband Kenny of Taloga.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday February 11, 2015 at 10:30 am at Vassar Cemetery, Vici, Oklahoma. Friends may sign the register at Shaw Funeral Home of Vici on Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The family of Delores Thompson have entrusted her care, services, and burial to Bart Watkins and the staff of Shaw Funeral Home of Vici.
