Dennis Arthur Underhill, Sr., 71 year old resident of Laverne, OK, passed from this life on May 4, 2020.  Dennis was born on February 23, 1949 in Santa Barbara, California to Arthur (Bud) Underhill and Lois Virginia (Bothwell) Chase.  He grew up in Westminster, California and later moved to Amarillo, Texas.  Dennis also served in the Army reserves.  In 1970 Dennis married Deidra Wilson and to this union a daughter, Tracy, was born.  In 1974 Dennis married Angela Sims and to this union a son Dennis Jr. was born.  Later he moved to Laverne, OK.  Dennis loved to build and worked as a construction worker.  He especially loved helping his kiddo build whatever they could come up with or needed.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents Lois Chase and Arthur Underhill and three sisters Cheryl Wall, Jeri Coats, and Sheri Chase Whipkey.

He is survived by daughter Tracy Ferris of Amarillo, TX; son Dennis Underhill Jr. of Laverne, OK; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; five nieces, one nephew, extended family and a host of friends.
