Donald Wade Robinson Sr. resident of Leedey, Oklahoma passed from this life on August 29, 2008 in Elk City, Oklahoma. Donald was born on May 3, 1956 to Wade and Sharon James Robinson near Craig, Colorado.

Donald graduated from Craig Public Schools then enlisted in the United States Army on May 3, 1974. He received the National Defense Service Medal and had reach the rank of Specialist Fourth Class when he was honorable discharged on May 2, 1977. He continued to serve his country by remaining in the reserves until 1980.

On April 27, 1974 Donald married the love of his life, Vicki Jo Shifflett in Oildale, California. The union was blessed with three children, Donald Wade Jr., Cory Wayne, and Amanda Diane. The family lived in Fort Carson, Colorado and Woodward, Oklahoma before settling in Leedey, Oklahoma. Donald worked as a truck driver and enjoyed woodworking and reading. He was baptized and a member of the Latter Day Saints Church.

Donald leaves to cherish his memory, parents Wade and Sharon Robinson of Craig, Colorado; wife, Vicki Robinson of Leedey, Oklahoma; son Donald Robinson Jr. and wife Chelsia of Leedey; son Cory Robinson of Leedey; daughter Amanda Boggs and husband Jason of Leedey; granddaughter Baylee Smith of Leedey; brother, Jim Robinson and wife Teri of Craig, Colorado; sister, Sami Robinson of Craig; sister Betta Boatwright and husband Mike of Craig; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
