Douglas Charles Haffner, 57 year old resident of Taloga, OK, passed on March 17, 2022.  Douglas was born on January 1, 1965 to Weldon and Patricia Haffner in Thomas, OK.  He grew up in Taloga and attended Taloga Public School, graduating with the class of 1983.  In 2002, Douglas married Daisy Haffner in Seiling, OK. he had two daughters Allissa and Kloie.  Douglas lived in Taloga where he worked as a truck driver and farm hand.  He was baptized at the age of 10 by Pastor Eugene Drain.  In his spare time, he loved fishing and raising goats.  Doug especially loved spending time with his grandkids and his best friend "Little Man."

Doug is preceded in death by his father Weldon Haffner, mother Patricia Riley, step-father Logan Riley, maternal grandparents Gail and Bernice Parson, paternal grandparents Clyde and Cassie Haffner, brother John Riley, sister-in-law Ramona Riley, and uncle Larry Pike.

He is survived by his children, Allissa Haffner of Smithville, OK, Kloie Haffner of Taloga, OK, Meah Whetstone, and Kash Whetstone both of Arapaho, OK; four grandchildren Gavin, Journey, and Scarlette of Smithville, OK and Xavier of Taloga, OK; brothers Greg Haffner and wife Teri of Elk City, OK, Steve Haffner and wife Stephanie of Foss, OK; sisters Dawn Bilyeu and husband Jim of Forsyth, MO, Sara Cagle and husband Jason of Howe, OK; siblings Charlie Riley of Brenham, TX, Kathy Weber and husband Tim of Hobart, OK, and Meshell Hunter and husband Kenny of Putnam, OK, aunt Norma Pike of Taloga, OK; uncle Ronnie Haffner and wife Nancy of Okeene, OK; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
