Earl Edwin Stidham, 82 year old resident of Taloga, OK, passed from this life on October 23, 2019. Earl was born June 8, 1937 to Dennis and Irene (Brant) Stidham in Taloga. He grew up in Taloga, attending Taloga High School and graduating with the class of 1955. Earl was raised farming and ranching along side his father, Dennis Stidham. After high school, he continued working as a farmer and rancher.
Earl enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He loved sitting on his porch in the evenings watching the wildlife and the cattle graze. He loved spending time with his family and especially his great grandchildren. Earl loved to laugh and was a great storyteller! Earl was baptized at a young age. He was a member of the First Christian Church and for the past few years attended church with family at the Assembly of God in Taloga.
Preceding Earl in death are his parents Dennis and Irene Stidham, brother Keith Stidham, sister and brother-in-law Pearl Don and Paul Collingsworth, sister-in-law Bessie Stidham, and his beloved pet and faithful companion Smarti.
He will be greatly missed by those he leaves behind. His son Dennis and wife Linda of Taloga; Grandson Derrick Stidham and wife Heather of Taloga; Granddaughter Nikki Salcido and husband Omar of Seiling, OK; Grandson Jeff Seal and wife Savanna of Edmond, OK; five Great Grandchildren Gracie, Kamron, Cannon, Jessi, and Justice; one brother Nett Stidham of Monroe, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
