Elaine Rita (Flores) Miller, daughter of Ceferino and Luciana (Baca) Flores was born in Flagstaff, AZ. on March 11, 1956.  She passed from this life at the age of 65 at her home in Vici, OK. on February 4, 2022 following a lengthy illness.  Elaine was raised in San Miguel County New Mexico in the town of San Juan where she attended elementary school.  She completed her school years at Pecos High School in Pecos, New Mexico.  In 1971 at the age of fifteen, Elaine was united in marriage to Joe V. Arguello.  They made their home in Albuquerque, N.M. and were blessed with four children, three daughters, Tara, Kim and Stacey and one son, Jared.  Elaine attended the North Valley Gospel Church in Albuquerque where she served as a Sunday school teacher.  She was a believer in Christ, loved sharing scriptures and had Bible study each morning with her children before school.

On April 3, 1999, Elaine was united in marriage to David Miller at their home in Vici, OK. They were blessed with an addition to the family, a son David.  Elaine was a housewife and a homemaker, a lover of animals and hearts and the color blue were two of her favorite things.  Her hobbies and special interest included cooking, gardening, crafting, Spanish music and dancing. Family was very important to Elaine, she loved taking care of her husband David and sharing special memories of the country they saw and experiences they had while she was on the road with him.  She was devoted to her children and grandkids and she shared a special bond with her sisters no one could break.

Elaine was a people person. She enjoyed talking to anyone and everyone.  She had worked as a waitress while living in Albuquerque and after moving to Vici she was a cashier at B-Mart and Sweets Short Stop where she made numerous friends.

Her friendly smile and caring ways will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ceferino and Luciana Flores, a sister Barbara Montoya, two grandchildren, Caleb DeVon and Abiliene Marshall and other loved ones.

Elaine is survived by her beloved husband, David Miller of Vici, OK., her children, Tara Arrey and husband Aaron Arrey of Albuquerque, N.M., Kim DeVon of Woodward, OK., Stacey Arguello and husband Ariel Arrey of Rio Rancho, N.M., Jared Arguello and wife Keressa Arguello of Vici, OK. and David Miller of Vici, OK., seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  Eight of her siblings, Lenore Roybal, Connie Borrego and Danny Flores all of Pecos, N.M., Bobby Flores amd Jessica Flores both of Las Vegas, N.M., Martin Flores of San Jose, N.M., Frances Lucero of Bernalillo, N.M. and Anna Flores of Santa Fe, N.M., numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
