Elizabeth Ann (Stevenson) Collier, 91 years old Shattuck, OK resident passed from this life on May 30, 2020 at Newman Memorial Hospital in Shattuck. She was born February 14, 1929 to Albert and Beatrice (Brookshire) Stevenson in Whittier, CA. She attended grade school and graduated from Whittier High School with the Class of 1947. After high school she furthered her education at Community College as a Hairdresser and Cosmetician, class of 1949.

1n 1952 Elizabeth married the love of her life Bobby Gene Collier in El Monte, CA. To this union three children were born one daughter Meredithe and two sons Sheldon and Philip. They lived in California until 1969 when they moved to Az. From there in 1996 when they moved to Shattuck, OK. Elizabeth was a wife, mother and a homemaker who took pride in everything she did.

Elizabeth was an excellent seamstress and loved to sew in her spare time. When moving to Oklahoma she learned how to make a quilt from start to finish. Quilting became one of her all time favorite hobbies. She was a member of the Handy Home Quilting Club of Arnett, OK until the club wasn't able to meet anymore.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents Albert and Beatrice Stevenson, sister Shirley Jean Spainhower and husband Tommy, two brothers Richard Lee Stevenson and Melvyn Bruce Stevenson and two grandsons Philip E. Richmond III and Clayton Lee Collier. Loved ones remaining to cherish her memory are her husband Bobby Gene Collier of Shattuck, OK; daughter Meredithe Dearing and husband Thomas of Arnett, OK; two sons Sheldon Collier of Shattuck, OK. and Philip Collier and wife Sara of Show Low, AZ; ten grandkids; fifteen great grandkids, and one newborn on the way; other family and a host of friends.
