Ella Lucile Jones passed peacefully from this life on May 4, 2009 at the age of 94. Lucile was one of ten children born to Leonard W. and Ella L. Moore. She was born at Devol, Oklahoma on August 31, 1914.

She attended high school in Oklahoma City at Capitol Hill High School and graduated with the Class of 1932. Shortly after graduation Lucile met David Keith Jones and they were united in marriage on January 7, 1935 at Taloga, Oklahoma. Their marriage was blessed with the arrival of their baby daughter, Beverly Ann.

Lucile was baptized as a young woman and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Vici. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and enjoyed being a homemaker. She liked to spend time working in her garden and was always ready to head to the nearest fishing hole.

Lucile was preceded in dead by her husband, Keith Jones; daughter, Beverly Ann Criswell; parents, Leonard and Ella Moore; brothers, Ed and John Moore; sister, Sybil Weeden; and infant brother and two infant sisters.

Family remaining to cherish her memory are brothers, Rhea B. Moore and Bob Moore, both of Enid, Oklahoma; sister, Louise Poulson of Mutual, Oklahoma; several nieces, nephews, other family and many lifetime friends.
