Fern (Hall) Seymour Crawford, daughter of Elmer and Daisy Mae (Koutz) Hall, was born on the family farm northwest of Crawford, OK. on July 7, 1926.  She passed from this life on April 22, 2021 at the Vici Nursing Home at the age of 94 years, 9 months and 15 days.  Fern grew up in the Crawford area helping on the farm and attending country school.  In 1941 she was united in marriage to Odes Seymour.  They made their home in Madera, CA. and to their union two sons, James and Glenn, were born.

In 1987 while visiting her sister in Vici, OK., Fern met Roy Crawford.  They were married on January 4, 1988 and they had a good life together.  Fern enjoyed traveling, activities at the Vici Sr. Citizens Center, attending services at the Vici United Methodist Church and her weekly visit to the beauty shop for her hair appointment was a must.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Daisy Hall, her husbands, Odes Seymour in 1984 and Roy Crawford in 2003.  Her sons, James in 1982 and Glenn in 2002.  Four brothers and their wives, Clarence and Mary Hall, Emmit and Shirley Hall, TF(Dots) and Ruby Hall and Jim and Marion Hall.  Seven sisters and their husbands, Lilly and Vernon Williams, Veda and Orville Bullard, Cora and Alvin Schilling, Lucille and Bub Williams, Faye and Aldon Ward and Lorena and Guy Cadwell and Velma Haydu.

Survivors include her three grandsons Mike Seymour, Lawrence Seymour and Steven Seymour and her great grandchildren all of CA., One brother, Raymond Hall and wife Kathy of TX. Numerous nieces and nephews she loved dearly, other relatives and friends.
