In honor and celebration of Franky Jo's life, guests are requested to wear jeans and a nice shirt at her service.
Franky Jo (Campbell) Spillards passed from this life on February 3, 2026, in Norman, Oklahoma, at the age of 45. She was born on January 18, 1981, in Canadian, Texas, to Frank Campbell and Terica Bryant. She was deeply loved by her family and was blessed with a caring stepfather, Steve Bryant, and stepmother, Floretta Joslin, who both held special places in her life.
Franky Jo’s childhood was shaped by many places and people she loved. She spent her early years in Vici and Camargo, Oklahoma, before moving to California as a young child. Throughout her school years in Long Beach and Norco, California, she formed lasting relationships and memories that stayed with her throughout her life. She graduated from Norco High School with the Class of 1999.
On December 18, 1999, Franky Jo married Terry Spillards in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they welcomed three daughters—Stephanie, Alexandria, and Jesseca—who were the center of Franky Jo’s world. Being a mother was her greatest joy, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to raising her girls, supporting them, and loving them fiercely.
Franky Jo worked hard throughout her life to provide for her family. She attended Riverside Community College and Bryman Dental School, later working as a dental assistant. After years dedicated to caring for her daughters at home, she returned to the workforce as a deli manager, later serving as a UPS manager and, most recently, as a warehouse stocker for Hobby Lobby. In recent years, she moved to Arnett, Oklahoma, to be closer to family, a decision that reflected how important family always was to her.
Family time meant everything to Franky Jo. She loved playing games, baking for those she loved, gardening, drawing, and enjoying softball. Whether through shared laughter, quiet conversations, or simply being present, she created memories her family will treasure forever.
Franky Jo was a woman of faith whose love extended beyond words and actions. She was baptized on August 27, 2023, at Grace Fellowship Church in Norco, California, and later attended the Vici Church of the Nazarene. Her kindness, devotion, and unwavering love for her family will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Campbell; paternal grandparents, Charles and Ada Jane Campbell; maternal step-grandfather, W.R. “Ron” Tice; maternal grandfather, Orbie Reid; step-grandparents, Johnnie and Louise Bryant; uncle, Carl David Tice; uncle and aunt, John and Pam Campbell; uncle, Hunt Kelley; aunt, Francine Brown; uncle, Frank Bailey; uncle, Doug Ames and step brother-in-law, Dillon Davis.
