Henry Allen Hosier was born August 3, 1937 in Thomas, Oklahoma to William Clyde Hosier and Violet Bell Ferguson Hosier. He passed from this life on January 8, 2011 at the age of 73 years.

Henry moved with his parents to Arnett, Oklahoma at the age of four and attended Arnett Public Schools. After graduating from high school, Henry attended college at Oklahoma University and Panhandle A & M. He joined the United States Army on October 1, 1960.

Henry married Marcella Johnson on November 27, 1963 in Norman, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Woodward, Oklahoma.

Henry worked as a farmer, real estate broker and motel owner. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 189 in Woodward, Oklahoma and was a 32nd degree Mason. Henry was also a St. Aumer Commandry Knights Templar and Guthrie Scottish Rite. He attended the Methodist Church.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Violet and William C. Hosier; brothers, Billy L. Hosier, Leslie V. Hosier, Joseph Hosier and William L. Hosier; sisters, Violet Brummett, Jenny V. Garrett, Bessie Peacock, Evelyn Dudley and Elsie Hosier. Henry is survived by his brother, Robert Hosier of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, sisters, Mary Bryant of Arnett, Oklahoma and Lula Barton of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
