Graveside services for Jim Turner will be Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., Sunnyside Cemetery east of Vici, OK.

James Edward Turner 65 year old Vici, OK resident passed away on January 2, 2015 at his home in Vici. Jim was born on June 14, 1949 in Vici to Earideth O. and Wilma "Pat" Faye (Pfister) Turner.
The family made their home in Grand Junction, CO where Jim attended school. Jim joined the United States Army on March 25, 1968. He proudly served his country. He was was honorable discharged on October 27, 1970.
Jim was a very talented man, working as a bricklayer and was in stone mason most of his life. Jim was baptized in the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Earidith Turner, his wife Gena Cutsinger Turner, paternal grandparents, Edison and Lois Turner, maternal grandparents, Oscar and Ollie Pfister.
Jim is survived by his mother, Pat Turner of Guymon, OK; a lovely daughter, Katie Turner of Guymon, OK; a beautiful granddaughter, Brooklyn Edwards of Guymon, OK; special step daughter, Deanna Thompson of Mutual, OK; three step grandchildren, Blake, Cheyenne, and Tatum; two brothers, Richard Turner of Guymon, OK and Donald Turner of Collbran, CO.
