Jane Ann McCormick

Jane Ann Davis, 80, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026, at home in Vici, OK, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Ottumwa, Iowa on February 10, 1946, to Homer and Edith Davis.

Jane graduated from Pekin High School in 1964 and married Richard (Dick) McCormick December 6, 1964. She built a life centered around her family, friends and church. Together she and Dick had three children, Stacy, Cynthia and Jason.

Jane especially enjoyed dancing and couples golf with friends. She liked helping Dick with their cattle. Her specialty was spoiling her three grandchildren.

She was the Vici High School Secretary for several years. She was a member of the Vici United Methodist Church as well as active in the UMW.

She leaves behind her husband Dick of 62 years, daughter Cynthia of Oklahoma City, son Jason (Kristal) of Vici, OK. Her grandchildren Ethan Parry of Vici, OK, Baily (Cody) Leatherman, Vici, OK and Glen McCormick, Carlsbad, CA, Karsen Stephens, Vici, OK, brother-in-law Mike (Nancy) McCormick, New Vienna, OH, sister-in-law Bev (Jim) Yule, Packwood, IA, several nieces and nephews, cousins, as well as a very special cousin Marilyn (Jim) Taylor, Fairfield, IA.

Jane is preceded in death by her daughter, Stacy McCormick, parents, Homer and Edith Davis, brother Jim Davis, aunts, Louise Daily and Florence Bockmuehl, brother-in-law, Bob McCormick.
