Joyce Marie Beck was born May 7, 1936 to Everett and Alma Chance in Woodward, OK.  She grew up in Woodward, OK. and received her formal education in the Woodward Public Schools.  She married Bill Beck and to this union six children were born; four sons, Bill, Robert, Everett and Randy  and two daughters, Cara and Carla.

Joyce spent most of her life living in and around Woodward, with the last eighteen years living in Vici.  She worked at various jobs in her life from the Fruit of the Loom Factory to E.Z. Pickens, manager of Wag-a-Bag and eleven years at Grace Living Center caring for the elderly.

She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She loved going to the casino with her friends and spending time tending her flowers.

Joyce departed this life peacefully in her sleep April 27, 2021 at the age of 84 years, 11 months and 20 days.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Alma Chance and her son Everett Beck. Her sister Crystal Lowman and husband Wallace and her brothers, Everett (Bud) Chance, Joe Chance and wife Rheta.  Her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Beck, a great grandson, Reece Beck and other loved ones.

She is survived by her sons, Bill Beck of Enid, OK., Robert Beck of Vici, OK. and Randy Beck and wife Rena Jo of Vici, OK.  Her daughters, Cara Hearon and husband Justin of Blanchard, OK. and Carla Aguirre and husband Hector of Vici, OK.  Sixteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Beverly Chance of Woodward, OK., other relatives and a host of friends.

Joyce was a very loving Mother and Grandmother and a very giving friend.  She was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.
