Juanita Louise (Fawver) Ferrell was born November 24, 1919 to William and Ida (Wilson) Fawver in rural Custer County, Oklahoma. She passed from this life September 25, 2010 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was 90 years of age.

Juanita grew up in the Butler, Oklahoma area where she attended school through the eighth grade. She was united in marriage to Felix Ferrell on August 12, 1945 in Butler, Oklahoma. They were blessed with three daughters, Mary Lou, Anna Lee and Marilyn Kay. The family lived on the farm where they made their living in the Rhea community. In 1999 Juanita moved from the farm to town.

Juanita enjoyed helping prepare the lunch meal at the Senior Citizens' Center daily as well as attending the meals and events. In addition, she enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Her greatest enjoyment was the time spent with her family, attending basketball games and special events of all her grandkids.

Juanita attended and was a long time member of the Church of Christ, Leedey, Oklahoma.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Felix; daughter, Anna Lee; parents, William and Ida Fawver; brothers, Boyd, Chester and Earl Fawver and sister, Helen Baumgartner. Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Mary Lou Barnard and husband Eddie of Leedey, Oklahoma and Marilyn Moseley and husband Ronny of Hammon, Oklahoma; granddaughters, Monica Collins and husband Mark of Leedey, Oklahoma; Jackie Price of Leedey, Oklahoma; Ronna Montgomery and husband David of Ft. Worth, Texas and Shanda Weeks and husband Kevin of Elk City, Oklahoma; grandson, Devin Moseley of Hammon, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Erin, Elli, Ethan and Ean Price; Baili and Quincy Collins; Zac and Zeb Montgomery; Kaylee and Wyatt Weeks; other family and many dear friends.
