Judy Ann (Hume) Varnell, of Woodward, was born on March 8, 1954 to Walter James and Sylvia Grace Tiffany Hume at the home in Rexford, Montana.  She passed from this life on September 24, 2021 in Woodward at the age of 67 years, 6 months, and 16 days.

Judy grew up in Troy, MT where she attended Troy High School.  On February 3, 1973, she was united in marriage to Davie Ray Varnell in Cabul, MO and to this union two children: Davie, Jr. and Sabrina were born.  The couple made their home in Cabul, MO.  In 1978 they moved to Woodward where Judy worked as a homemaker and a C.N.A. with mentally and physically challenged adults.  Judy had a passion for following Jesus.  In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, reading, and spoiling her grandbabies.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Moore; two brothers, Ronnie Hume and Russell Hume; a grandson, Trevor Varnell, and great grandson, Cayden Pacheco.

She is survived by her husband Davie of the home; children Davie Varnell, Jr. of Woodward, and Sabrina (Varnell) Greenwood of Castalian Springs, TN; five grandchildren, Austin Varnell of Woodward, Cadence Varnell of Wichita, KS, Graylee Greenwood of Castalian Springs, TN, Colden Greenwood of Castalian Springs, TN, and Deanna Martinez of Colorado Springs, CO; great grandchild Nocona Cantwell of Colorado Springs, CO; a sister Donna Boyd of Libby, MT; brother Wally Hume of Libby, MT; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward, OK
