Obituary

Linda Sue (Johnson) Page, 70, of Hammon, OK, passed away peacefully at her home on March 15, 2025. She was born on June 26, 1954, in Fort Hood, TX, to Donnie Gene Johnson, Sr., and Reba Nell (Owens) Johnson.

Linda spent her childhood on the family farm near Merritt, OK, where she learned the values of hard work and family. She attended school in Merritt and graduated with the Class of 1972. On August 31, 1974, she married the love of her life, Jimmy Wayne Page, in Hammon, OK. Together, they built a life filled with love and devotion, raising their daughter, Tamara, and son, Billy.

A compassionate caregiver by nature, Linda dedicated her career to the medical field. She began working at Bell Avenue Nursing Home before becoming an EMT. In 1993, she pursued vocational training at Western Technology Center, completing her nursing program in 1994 with perfect attendance. She then became an LPN, serving at Cheyenne Hospital until her well-earned retirement.

Beyond her professional life, Linda had a deep love for reading, gardening, and ceramics. She found joy in nurturing both plants and people, always offering kindness and wisdom to those around her. Her greatest pride and joy, however, was her family.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her younger sister, Debbie Risinger; her maternal grandparents, Jasper and Ella Owens; and her paternal grandparents, Richard and Stella Johnson.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jimmy Page; her daughter, Tamara Hutchison and husband Richard, and their children: Jimmy Parker and wife Lachelle and their son, Jimmy; Broderick Dayne Huddelston and his daughter, Laramie; and Heather Metherne and husband Corey and their children, Elizabeth, Maddy, and CJ.

She is also survived by her son, Billy Page and wife Shae, and their children: Destiny Cearlock and husband Austin and their children, Roper, Loxlea, and one on the way; Kristen Page and partner Christian White; Ayden Page; Drake Page; and Grant Page.

Additionally, Linda leaves behind her sister, Barbara King and husband Johnny; her brother, Donnie Johnson, Jr. and wife Nancy; her brother-in-law, Gary Risinger; many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family members and cherished friends.

Linda's warmth, selflessness, and unwavering love for her family will never be forgotten. Her legacy will live on in the lives of those she touched, and her memory will forever be a blessing.
