Marie Ann (Connolly) Romano was born in Long Branch, New Jersey on May 16, 1949.  She passed from this life November 12, 2022 in Shattuck, OK. at the age of 73. She was the daughter of John Connolly and Grace (King) Connolly.  Marie was raised by her mother and her adoptive father George Breuninger in New Jersey.

Marie was the mother of six children and worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant.  Sewing, crochet work and playing scrabble were some of her favorite pastime activities.  In 2003 Marie moved to make her home in Vici, OK. and remained there until failing health required her to move to the Nursing Home in Shattuck, OK.

She is preceded in death by her father George Breuninger, brothers William Connolly and Paul Breuninger and a sister Shirley Cappressecco and other loved ones.

She is survived by her mother, Grace Breuninger, her children, Stephanie Kurasiewicz Meyer and Steven Kurasiewicz, Jr., R'leene Romano, Joseph Romano, Jr., Kirt Romano and Tina Rittenhouse.  Her brothers John Connolly, Robert Breuninger, George Breuninger, Bruce Breuninger, seven grandchildren and four great grands, numerous nieces and nephews.  Dear family friends, Ailleen Jennings and Patrick Regan, other relatives and friends.
