Marvel Eloyce (Allison) Neal was born on January 17, 1939 in Mutual, OK to Jasper and Lois Allison. She attended grade school at Vici before moving to Hayesville where she completed high school. Following high school, Marvel moved to Oklahoma City, OK. Marvel married Robert Neal, and to this union two children were born, Allison and Cameron.

Marvel enjoyed watching movies, reading, and going shopping. She was baptized into the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn.
Marvel passed from this life on February 21, 2019. Preceding her in death are her ex-husband Robert, son Cameron, parents Jack and Lois, and brother Dennis.

Surviving Marvel are her daughter Allison Peak of Brunswick, ME; sister Crystal Morris of Denton, TX; brother Edwin Allison and wife Bonnie of Wichita, KS; brother Cecil Lloyd Allison of Wichita, KS; granddaughter Brenna Peak of Brunswick, ME; grandson Ian Peak of Brunswick, ME; uncle Raymond White of Vici, OK; uncle Sherrill and wife Wanda of Vici, OK; many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
