Michael Luna Garcia was born April 6, 1967 in Lubbock, Texas.  He was the oldest of three children welcomed by his parents Pedro and Beatrice (Luna) Garcia.  He passed away August 3, 2023 at the age of 56.  Michael went to school in Dumas, Texas and graduated from Dumas High School in 1985.  He stayed behind when his parents and sisters relocated to Vici, Oklahoma.  He became very lonely without his family and joined them in 1989.

Michael married Recia F. Poulson on December 22, 1995.  His life consisted of driving Recia to her work meetings and ballgames.  He enjoyed working on their farm near Vici, Oklahoma.  He had a passion for woodworking and remodeling.

Michael is preceded in death by his wife Recia (Poulson) Garcia; grandparents Jose Garcia and Josefa (Mendoy) Garcia; Manuel Luna and Emilia (Bacca) Luna; four aunts, two uncles and other loved ones.

Michael leaves behind his loving parents Pedro and Beatrice (Luna) Garcia of Vici, Oklahoma.  Sister Loriann B. Garcia of Vici, Oklahoma, sister and brother in law, Geneva (Garcia) Rozell and Oliver E. Rozell of Piedmont, Oklahoma. A nephew Orien E. Rozell of Piedmont, Oklahoma and a host of Poulson family, other relatives and friends.
