Naomi (Owens) Clark Nabors, daughter of W. R. (Bill) and Mable (Rogers) Owens was born December 14, 1921 near Rhea, Oklahoma and passed from this life on December 11, 2007 at her home in Taloga, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years. Naomi's family lived in Dewey County and she attended Taloga Public Schools in Taloga, Oklahoma. Naomi was baptized at a young age and was a member of the Taloga First Baptist Church.
On April 8, 1937, Naomi and Dean Monroe Clark Sr. were united in marriage at Arapaho, Oklahoma. They made their home in Taloga, Oklahoma. They were blessed with one son, Dean Monroe Clark Jr. and later they were blessed with one grandson Michael W. Clark. After the death of her husband Dean Naomi married J.B. Nabors on November 14, 1986 in Athens, Texas. They made their home in Taloga, Oklahoma. Naomi was a homemaker and she loved flowers, and was a great lover of dogs and cats. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandson.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mable Owens; by her two husbands, Dean Monroe Clark Sr. and J.B. Nabors; and by her only son, Dean Monroe Clark Jr.
Naomi is survived by her grandson, Michael W. Clark of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and granddaughter, DeeDee Emerson and husband Dennis of Enid, Oklahoma; by other family and a host of friends.
