Patsy "Pat" Leone Ramsey passed from this life on November 25, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 93. Pat was born on April 8, 1932, in Webb, Oklahoma, to Chester and Gwen Cleveland. Her early years were spent in various communities across Texas and Oklahoma before her family made their home in Camargo, Oklahoma, where she grew up as a teenager. Pat attended the First Christian Church throughout her youth, forming a foundation of faith that would remain with her throughout her life.

A dedicated student, Pat graduated from Camargo High School in 1949 as both the Senior Class Valedictorian and Senior Class Secretary. On July 17 of that same year, she married the love of her life, Harry Lee Ramsey, in Camargo. Their loving marriage was blessed with three children: daughter Camille Yvonne, son Lewis James, and daughter Dawn Lianne.

Throughout her married life, Pat embraced adventure and adaptability, living in several cities including Camargo; Wichita, Kansas; Haysville, Kansas; Hutchinson, Kansas; Chickasha, Oklahoma; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Tecumseh, Oklahoma. She built a long and respected career as an Accounts Receivable Manager for Montgomery Ward, where her work ethic and attention to detail were deeply valued.

Pat's life was rich with creativity, curiosity, and connection. She loved gardening, sewing, quilting, painting, and embroidery. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano, and reading, and she cherished every opportunity to spend time with her family. Most of all, she treasured the time spent with Harry, her devoted husband and best friend.

She was active in her communities, serving as a member of the Tecumseh Library Book Club, the Chickasha Jaycee Jaynes, and the Tecumseh First Christian Church. At the Tecumseh Christian Church she served on the board and often shared her musical talents as a soloist.

Pat is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry Lee Ramsey; her parents, Chester and Gwen Cleveland; her brother, Clay Dean Cleveland; an infant brother; multiple aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her children: daughter Camille Yvonne Green and husband Neal of Yukon, Oklahoma; son Lewis James Ramsey and wife Dawn of Seminole, Oklahoma; and daughter Dawn Lianne Young and husband Jerry of Yukon, Oklahoma. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four nieces, five nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Pat leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and unwavering dedication to her family and faith. Her memory will remain a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
