Patricia Maxine (Young) Bauer, 91 year old Woodward, OK resident passed from this life September 14, 2021. She was born to Floyd and Lola (McAlary) Young northwest of Vici, OK on February 11, 1930.

Patricia grew up on the family farm southwest of Sharon, OK. and attended Vici and Sharon schools where she was a graduate. After graduation she met the love of her life, Karl R. Bauer and they were married May 4, 1950.  They were lifelong residents of Sharon, OK. and Woodward, OK. To this union three children were born, Karla Kay, Patricia Lee and Jimmy Carl.

Patricia was a homemaker and a loving wife and mother. She also worked outside the home in the dietary department at the Woodward Hospital.  She enjoyed gardening, sewing, doing embroidery work and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Karl Bauer and her son, Jimmy Carl Bauer; her parents Floyd and Lola Young and her grandparents. Three brothers, Niles Bryan Young, Lester Lorraine Young, Charles Benjamin Young and his wife, Helga;  a granddaughter, Skyla Roark and her husband, Michael, two son-in-laws Jackie Allen and Lester Janzen and other loved ones.

She is survived by her daughters Karla Janzen and Patricia Allen, four grand children, thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews, a sister in law, Jerry Young, other family and a host of friends and neighbors.
