Patricia Corine Gann was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma on August 12th, 1943. She was one of six children born to Raymond and Lucille Compton. Pat passed from this life on October l7th, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 70.

Pat grew up in Arnett, Oklahoma, attending all 12 years of school at Arnett Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1961. She then attended Southwestern State University for two years, transferring to Panhandle State University for one year. She moved to St. Louis, Missouri where she worked for a Pathologist at Washington University.

On August 19, 1962, Patricia married Jimmie Gann in the Arnett Methodist Church. On January 14th, 1972 they welcomed their daughter, Krista, into their lives.

Jim and Pat lived in Goodwell, OK their first year of marriage while attending college. In 1963 they moved to St. Louis for 4 years while Jim attended dental school. In June, 1967 they moved to Woodward, OK to open
their dental practice. In 2001 they retired and sold the family business. Pat remained active in the in the Woodward community. In February 2011 they moved to Oklahoma City, OK.

Pat loved traveling, playing golf, flying, decorating, fast cars, sports and spending time with her daughter, Krista. She was always happy being outdoors, unless it was windy!

Pat is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Jimmie Gann, parents, Raymond and Lucille Compton, father and mother-in-law, OB and Ardell Gann, brothers, Monte Compton, Max Compton, Theron Compton and Gary Compton, grandparents Joe and Mary Gott and Marvin and Stella Compton.

She is survived by one daughter Krista Gann of Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Winona Derrick of Arnett, OK, sisters-in-law, Joan Compton of Springfield, CO and Sammie Compton of Lone Grove, OK; cousins, Belva, Mervin and Marlene Compton of Oklahoma, Judi Clark, Treva Tesky and Thelma Reeves; 12 very loved nieces and nephews; other relatives, and a host of lifetime friends.
