Phyllis Mae Fields, 68 year old resident of Vici, OK, passed on December 18, 2023.  Phyllis was born on September 23, 1955 to Phillip and Dorothy (Evans) Ferrell in Great Bend, KS.  She grew up in Great Bend where she attended school and graduated. On September 20, 1991, Phyllis married Dennis Lee Fields at the Mutual Christian Church.  They made their home in Vici.  Phyllis was a homemaker and she enjoyed riding 3-wheelers, cats, and dogs.

She is preceded in death by her parents Phillip and Dorothy Ferrell.

Phyllis is survived by her husband Dennis Fields; 3 sisters-in-law Shirley Pollard and husband Phil, Evelyn Doerner, and Juanita Montgomery, many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
