Randy Gene Goodman was born May 13, 1959 to Ercell and Delphene (Morris) Goodman southwest of Lenora at his grandparents Morris's home. He went to be with the Lord April 19, 2022 at his home in Vici.

He moved with his family numerous times before settling in Vici, where he finished schooling and graduated with the class of 1977. He then attended Vo-Tech at Liberal, Kansas, where he became a diesel mechanic.

He was baptized in The General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn on June 9, 1985, by Bro. Jerry Hale.

He met the love of his life, Pam Coleman after she moved here from California. Randy and Pam were united in marriage August 31, 1985, and to this union, three children were born, Trisha Ann, Matthew Gene, and Lucas Lee.

After working at numerous jobs, he retired in 2018 from Western Farmers Electric Coop.

The things he enjoyed in life were spending time with his family. Being referred to as Papa by his grandchildren was a name he cherished most. He loved having his grandkids over for weekend slumber parties. He also enjoyed hooking up the camper and heading out on another adventure with his family and brethren.

In 2003, Randy, Bro. Jeff Cunningham, and Bro. Randy Castor, restarted the tradition of the young men's fall campout that Bro. Allen Moss had started years ago. He enjoyed the cooking and fellowship with all that attended.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents Ercell Goodman and Delphene Goodman Coleman; step-dad Wayne Coleman; step-sister Gayle Wright; and step-sister-in-law Nancy Coleman.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Pam of the home; daughter Trisha Poulson and husband Jeremy of Vici; son Matthew Goodman and wife Jessica of Vici; son Luke Goodman and wife Tiffany of Woodward, Oklahoma; grandchildren Abigail, Emma, and Everly Poulson of Vici; grandchildren Ryker, Tynlee, and Lyric Goodman of Vici; grandchildren Alice and Lyle Goodman of Woodward; mother-in-law Patty Coleman of Vici; sister Rose Kinnamon of Vici; brother Reine Goodman and wife Coletta of Vici; step-brother Mike Coleman of Norman, Oklahoma; step-brother Terry Coleman and wife Cathy of Woodward; step-sister Rebecca Fick and husband Jack of Agra, Oklahoma; step-brother-in-law Randall Wright of Agra; sister-in-law Wendy Irish and husband David of Mira Loma, California; brother-in-law Richard Coleman and wife Lisa of Buena Park, California; brother-in-law Tommy Coleman and wife Crystal of Norco, California; brother-in-law Cliff Coleman and wife Jessica of Vici;  Uncle Wiley and Aunt Bev; Aunt Virgie; Aunt Velta and Uncle Ronnie Nicholson; Aunt Donna Ellis; Uncle Lonnie Goodman; Uncle Herman Coleman; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a host of friends and brethren.
