Robert Richard 'Bob' Davis, 77 year old Yukon, OK. resident passed from this life on August 25, 2022.  He was the son of Thomas Wilber Davis and Harriett Elizabeth (Rams) Davis and was born April 11, 1945 in Kansas City, MO.

School days for Robert began at Fort Scott, KS. where he attended grade school and he completed his high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School in San Antonio, TX. graduating with the class of 1964.

In March of 1966 he enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed at the U.S. Naval Station in Adak, Alaska as a fireman's apprentice.  He received his honorable discharge in Bremerton WA. in April of 1967.

On June 12, 1969 Robert was united in marriage to Betty Carol Rouch in Arlington, TX. and their union was blessed with a son, Greg.  Their first home was established in Arlington followed by moves to San Antonio, Ft. Worth and Bulverde, TX. before moving to Oklahoma.

Bob was the owner and operator of 'Bob Davis Art Glass' and thru this business he was involved in the restoration of stained glass church windows following the Murray Building bombing in Oklahoma City.  He was a member of the Pyramid Club and his special interests included photography and a fondness for hot rods.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Harriett Davis, his beloved wife of 50 years, Betty Davis and other loved ones.  He is survived by his son and daughter in law, Greg and Tammy Davis of Uvalde, TX., four grandchildren, Paris Davis, Abbie Davis, Sarah Flores and Dante Flores and two great grandchildren, his brother and sister in law, Donald and Alice Davis of Shreveport, LA.,  other relatives and friends.
