Roland Ray Taylor, son of William Dale 'Bill' Taylor and Yulonda Lee (Bullard) Taylor was born in Shattuck, OK. on March 2, 1961.  He passed from this life at the age of 61 on August 29, 2022.  He grew up working on the family farm near Arnett with his brothers Wesley Dale and Kevin Lee and his school years were spent in the Arnett Public School system.

Roland was the proud father of a daughter Natalie and a son Cole. With his marriage to Deborah Mayfield on July 28, 2001 at Packsaddle, OK., he welcomed two sons, Tyler and Jared.  Roland and Debbie established their home in the Arnett, OK. community and Roland had retired from   the city of Shattuck.

Roland was a fun loving guy who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He will be remembered fondly as 'Spike.'

Memories will be shared by his wife Debbie Taylor of Gage, OK., his children Natalie Taylor and her fiancée Charley Kintz of Arnett, OK., Tyler Chase and his wife Stephanie of Fargo, OK, Jared Chase of Cordell, OK., four grandchildren and one great grandchild. His brother and sister-in-law Dale and Carolyn Taylor of Arnett, OK., several aunts, uncles and cousins, four nieces and two nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Yulonda Taylor, his brother Kevin Taylor, his son Cole Taylor and other loved ones.
