During his early years, Roy attended Arnett Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1969. He lived in various places throughout his life, including Arnett, Oklahoma, Woodward, Oklahoma, and finally settling in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
In 2010, Roy found the love of his life when he married Laura Shirlene Stucker in a beautiful ceremony at Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Together, they formed a loving and blended family, embracing each other's children as their own. Roy was a proud and devoted father to his daughter Candice and son Shawn. He also welcomed step-daughter Tanna and step-son Bobby into his heart with open arms.
Roy's career journey led him to work as a pumper in the field and driving trucks, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. Beyond his professional pursuits, Roy had a passion for day trading in the stock market, indulging in straw bale gardening, and finding peace while fishing at the lake. He also found joy in watching Western movies, which transported him to the wild frontiers of the Old West.
In his earlier years, Roy was an active member of the Christian Church, where he found solace and community. His faith played a significant role in shaping the kind and compassionate person he was.
Roy Edward Kibbe will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
