Ruby Louise (Major) Cunningham, 71 year old resident of Oklahoma City, OK, passed from this life June 23, 2016 in Oklahoma City. Ruby was born February 23, 1945 to Basil Edward and Cleo Degrace (Davis) Major in Ft. Towson, OK. Ruby attended Wilburton Public School.

She had a union of marriage to Thomas Jewel Cunningham of St. Louis Missouri. Ruby was both Mother and Father to 10 kids, 2 were grandkids, she also helped raise other grandkids that were in and out of her home over the many years. She was blessed with 10 kids Donna, Vernon, Carla, Michael, Thomas, Damon, Brandon, Jeremy, Shannon and Shane. She resided in Muskogee, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City most of her life.

Ruby was baptized at the Grandview First Baptist Church in Muskogee. She loved going to Thrift Stores and Garage sales, working in her yard and she had many craft projects.

Ruby is preceded in death by her parents Basil and Cleo Major, brothers Sonny Major and Arlie Major, sister Biffel Hammons, grandson Billy Dufur and granddaughter Railen Cunningham.

She is survived by her children, Donna Killien of Muskogee, OK. Vernon Dufur of Muskogee, OK. Carla Macom and husband Dale of Natural Dam, AR.
