There will be a private family only church service Tuesday.

The graveside service is open to the public and is Tuesday at New Hermon Cemetery at 3:30 p.m.

Sharla Jan Kauk passed from this life on January 7 ^th , 2021 at the age of 60 years, 6 months, and 29 days.  Sharla was born on July 8, 1961 in Shawnee Oklahoma to parents Charles and Betty Huffman Dickinson.  Sharla grew up in the Oklahoma City area and attended high school at US Grant and graduated in 1979.  She moved to Leedey Oklahoma in 1980 to work with her mother and she met her future husband Mitch Kauk.  They were united in marriage on May 2 ^nd , 1981 and spent over 40 wonderful years together.  The blessings of Mitchell Ross and James Brad completed the family.  Sharla adored her two sons and her life revolved around them.   She enjoyed any activity her children and grandchildren were involved in, and loved Oklahoma Sooner football, basketball, and softball.  She was always there for anyone who needed her, and provided care to several family members.

Sharla is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jo Stice, and husband John; .  She is survived by her husband Mitch Kauk of Leedey, Ok.; her sons Ross Kauk and daughter-in-law Rachel of Leedey, and Brad Kauk of Weatherford, Ok;  granddaughters Sophia and Maddie; grandson Grayson; father Charlie Dickinson and wife Danni of Stigler, Ok; sisters Marla Beavers and husband Jim of Waynesboro, Tn, Michelle Dickinson, and Dawn Dickinson-Clark; brother Michael Dickinson; Mother-in-law Jessie Kauk; Brother and sister-in-law Mike and Terri Kauk; and many family members and friends who were all very dear to her.
