Timothy "Tim" Virgil Ratzloff, 70-year-old resident of Woodward, OK, passed from this life on December 21, 2022, in Woodward, OK. Tim was born on October 26 ^th , 1952, to Virgil and Rose Mary (Franzen) Ratzloff in Hutchinson, KS. He moved to Shattuck, OK where he attended grade school and high school. After completing high school, he joined the marines and was stationed aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64).

Tim was transferred to a US Naval Base in McAlester, OK where he met the love of his life Kathy Sue Brantley. They were married on November 17, 1973, in McAlester. To this union 3 children were born, son Steve, daughter Brandy and son Eric. After their marriage, Tim re-enlisted in the marines and returned to Camp Lejeune. After honorably serving his country, Tim and his family returned to Northwest Oklahoma, ultimately living in Woodward, OK until he passed.

Tim served in the Department of Corrections in the State of Oklahoma for many years. After a successful career at the DOC, he went on to be a truck driver in the oilfield which he loved doing until he retired. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on vehicles in his garage. His greatest accomplishment was his beautiful family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Rose Mary Ratzloff, sister Cindy Hunter, brother David Ratzloff and granddaughter Kennedy Boyce.

Tim is survived by his wife Kathy Ratzloff of Woodward, OK; son Steve Ratzloff and wife Wendy of Woodward, OK; daughter Brandy Green and husband Ross of Shattuck, OK; son Eric Ratzloff and wife Sheena of Woodward, OK; sister Penny Keller and husband Robert of Arnett, OK; brother Dan Ratzloff and wife Martha of Lakewood, CO; 10 grandchildren, Trenton Boyce, Tanner Boyce, Jorden Green, Levi Green, Stephen Ratzloff Jr., Timothy Ratzloff, Zayne Ratzloff, Kadyn Ratzloff, Jacob Ratzloff, Kameron Ratzloff and great granddaughter Ruby Ratzloff.
