Gary Edward Gamble III, "Trey", 19 year old Vici resident, passed from this life at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK on August 18, 2012. Trey was born March 10, 1993, at Woodward, OK to Shelly Cline and Gary Gamble Jr. Trey was raised in Vici graduating from Vici High School with the Class of 2011. During his school years he enjoyed riding horses with granddad John and friends. He also enjoyed time fishing and hunting. Trey found his true love on the baseball diamond at Van Campen Sports Complex and Lions Park. Umpires calling balls and strikes, the smell of fresh grass after being mowed and white chalked lines were all a man needed. Trey found it a place to relax and to enjoy being with friends and teammates. Baseball was very, very good to Trey! Baseball had no clock. Baseball got inside him, it lit him up. Baseball was hard and if it wasn't everyone would play. The hard was what made it great for Trey! He was a Special Olympics volunteer, Student Council President his senior year and became a member of the Vici Lions Club. Trey was a Christian young man. He was a very caring and dear person who believed everyone deserved a second chance in life. He was working with a roustabout crew at Blue Sage Services and was looking forward to going to Africa and building water disposals.
