Wanda Faye (Kenrick) Moore passed from this life on August 17, 2008 at the age of 66. She was born to Obed and Glessnell (Wingo) Kenrick on November 24, 1941 in Vici, Oklahoma.
Wanda attended both grade school and high school in Vici, Oklahoma graduating with the Class of 1959. After high school she furthered her education, attending Cosmetology school and Art school.
Wanda was baptized at 12 years old in the Full Gospel Church. She attended the Nazarene Church and enjoyed playing the piano and singing for Sunday services.
Wanda was a loving and devoted mother to her children, Debbie, Mike, Jenny, and Courtney. They made their home in Muldrow, Oklahoma for a time before moving to Mulberry, Arkansas.
Wanda loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren participating in all their activities. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing, reading, and art.
Family members preceding Wanda in death are her parents, Obed and Glessnell Kenrick; brother, Lowell Dean Kenrick; sister, Lawaive Horner; and nephews, Johnny Jones and Johnny Files.
Those remaining to cherish her memory are children, Debbie Jones of Mulberry, AR, Mike Rabe of Lexington, OK, Jenny Garner of Roland, OK, and Courtney Moore of Norfolk, VA; sisters, Rowena Files of Holly, CO, Joyce Horner of Seiling, OK, and Billie Mayes of Piedmont, OK; brothers, Charles Kenrick of Burns Flat, OK and Joe Kenrick of Enid, OK; her beloved nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
