William Allen Cline Jr. was born on November 26, 1964 to William Cline and Gayla Morrow at Mooreland, Oklahoma. He passed from this life at the age of 42 as a result of a car accident. Allen was raised in Woodward, Oklahoma.

On July 24, 2001 Allen married Shelly Cline in Las Vegas, Nevada. They made their home in Vici, Oklahoma raising children, Venus, Ocean and Trey.

Allen enjoyed fishing the local lakes and ponds, riding bikes, and playing board games with his family. He enjoyed life and time spent with family and friends. He loved to listen to music and loved his dogs. He was baptized at the age of ten at the Pentecostal Church.

Allen was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Noah William Cline and William A. Morrow and by one sister Sherri Dawn Cline.

He is survived by his wife and children, Shelly Cline, Venus, Ocean and Trey of Vici, Oklahoma; his dad, William Allen Cline Sr. and wife Deanna of Woodward, Oklahoma; his mother, Gayla Hunter and husband Bud of Vici, Oklahoma; his paternal grandmother, Helen Cline of Woodward; a maternal grandmother, Virginia Morrow of Woodward; one brother, Steve Cline of Woodward; by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
