Zebadiah Lee Montgomery went to be with the Lord with all of his family at his bedside Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015.
Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Church of the Crossing, First Baptist Aledo. Friends are invited to Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.
Memorials: Zeb had a vision for a ministry to send soccer balls to underprivileged children all over the world. To help fulfill his dream, please consider bringing a new soccer ball in lieu of flowers.
Zebadiah Lee was born Jan. 8, 2001, in Fort Worth to Samuel David Montgomery and Ronna Kay Moseley Montgomery. He attended Aledo schools and looked forward to graduation with his Aledo class of 2019.
Zeb was a member of the Impact Football Club and was a cross-country runner. He was a gifted sketch artist and storyteller and is remembered as a most thoughtful boy. He liked "to get in your shoes and lift you up."
Survivors: Parents, David and Ronna Montgomery; brother, Zac; grandparents, Rick and Judy Montgomery and Ronny and Marilyn Moseley; great-grandparents, Leslie and Betty Shelburne and LeRoy and Patsy Moseley; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
