Mary Alice (Rice) Mills, 76 of Woodward, Oklahoma, passed from this life Thursday, December 9 ^th , 2021 at her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Mary was born October 14 ^th , 1945 in Lorado, West Virginia to Claude and Belva (Adkins) Rice.

Mary graduated from Chapmanville High School in 1962 and married the love of her life Billy Ray Mills, Sr. on December 7 ^th , 1964. This union was blessed with four children, Trennie, Debra, Billy Jr., and Christopher. Mary worked hard at many jobs, she loved doing puzzles, word searches, books, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. Mary also loved her hospice nurses, Kerrie, Debbie, Renee and Daniel of Humanity Hospice.

Mary was proceeded in death by her mother and father, Belva and Claude Rice, Sr.; her beloved husband Billy Ray Mills, Sr.; mother and father in law Johnie and Ethel Mills; three brothers, Bernard, Glen, and Ralph Rice; one sister, Carolyn Preston; one grandson, Casey Todd Mills; and one son in law, Ricky Butcher.

Mary is survived by her four children, Trennie Warnock and husband Mark, Debra Butcher, Billy Mills and wife Lisa- all of Woodward, Oklahoma, and Christopher Mills and wife Krissy of Huntington, West Virginia; two brothers, Claude Rice of Chapmanville, West Virginia, and Dannie Rice and wife Virginia of South Dakota; one sister Lois Hall of West Virginia; two half-brothers, Alvin Rice and Kenneth Adkins; twenty grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
